Arsenal Make Enquiries About Vinicius Junior
Arsenal have made initial enquiries about the availability of Real Madrid winger, Vinicius Junior as the club continues to explore attacking options ahead of the new season.
The 26 year old Brazilian is among several forwards being monitored by Arsenal, with Julian Alvarez, Yan Diomande and Bradley Barcola also reportedly on the club’s radar.
Arsenal’s interest in Vinicius comes as Jose Mourinho’s side continues to explore a possible move for RB Leipzig forward Yan Diomande. The Gunners have reportedly checked on Vinicius’ situation amid growing speculation about his future at Real Madrid.
The Brazilian shares representatives with Diomande, while interest from Saudi Arabia has also reportedly surrounded the player over the past 12 months.
Liverpool are currently considered favourites to sign Barcola, although the situation could change if Paris Saint Germain fail to secure Diomande, with Real Madrid reportedly leading the race for the Leipzig forward and pushing to complete a deal quickly.
Arsenal are therefore continuing to assess several options as they look to strengthen their attacking department.
