The Chairman of the Anambra State Universal Basic Education Board, ASUBEB, Dr. Justina Anyadiegwu, has urged school heads across the state to fully embrace Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s digital transformation agenda and ensure that no school is left behind.

Dr. Anyadiegwu said the commitment of school heads to digital transformation would help move Anambra’s education system beyond outdated practices and position schools to meet the demands of the 21st century.

She said ASUBEB was already replacing analogue processes with data driven systems and transforming classrooms into smart learning spaces as part of the administration’s vision for a smarter Anambra.

The ASUBEB Consultant, Lady Stella Ezepue, also called for strong leadership commitment to the digital agenda, while the Director of Quality Assurance, Mrs. Comfort Ezewuzie, urged school heads to maintain standards and ensure measurable improvements in teaching and learning.

Also speaking, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth Reformation, Dr. Nelson Omenugha, charged teachers to uphold discipline, integrity and good character, stressing that teachers must be role models to their pupils and that the reformation of Anambra children must begin in the classroom.
