WWE wrestler Montez Ford is facing a lawsuit from a security guard who alleges that the professional wrestler performed an unwanted, sexually provocative lap dance on him during a live broadcast of Monday Night Raw on Netflix.

The plaintiff, Noel Lucas, accused Ford, whose real name is Kenneth Crawford, and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and other alleged offences, according to a lawsuit filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.

Lucas, an officer with the Cook County Sheriff’s Department who was working off-duty security at the event, alleged that the incident occurred on July 6 at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, as Ford and his Street Profits tag team partner, Angelo Dawkins, made their entrance ahead of a televised match.

According to the lawsuit, Ford allegedly approached Lucas without warning or consent and performed a sexually provocative dance, repeatedly thrusting and gyrating his hips and pelvis towards him. Lucas further claimed that Ford moved increasingly closer during the performance, with his left inner thigh repeatedly rubbing against the security guard’s leg.

The lawsuit reportedly contains 14 counts, including claims under the Illinois Gender Violence Act.

The allegations remain claims presented in a lawsuit and have not been established as facts in court.
