ASTUC Youth President, Okoli Urges Nigerians To Remain Hopeful, Join Hands To Rebuild Country

Nigerians have been encouraged to remain hopeful in the country, as Nigeria can still become better if citizens combine efforts towards bringing about the desired change.
The President-General of the Anambra State Town Unions Council, ASTUC, Youth Wing, Comrade Ken Okoli, made the call during the September Congress of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, ABS Chapel, where he urged Nigerians to join hands in rebuilding the country and making it great again.
Comrade Okoli condemned the attitude of some people who always view the country from a negative perspective instead of seeking ways to contribute to building the Nigeria they desire.
The ASTUC Youth President also called on Ndi Anambra to always be good ambassadors of the state wherever they find themselves, reminding them of the core values that should guide every Onye Anambra, including love, hard work, dignity of labour, discipline and the fear of God, among others.
He further encouraged journalists to always be guided by the ethics of the profession and partner with ASTUC in awakening the consciousness of Ndi Anambra, especially the youths, on the need to embrace a value system that will promote a better society.
