British Nigerian Influencer Dies After Penis Enlargement Procedure in Thailand

British Nigerian businessman and social media influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known as Denisi or Ego, has died following complications from a penis enlargement procedure he underwent during a luxury trip to Thailand with his wife.

Ubiribo, 43, reportedly received 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injected into his penis at a clinic in Bangkok in March, according to evidence presented at an inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court.

After the procedure, Ubiribo and his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, reportedly went for a massage, where he complained of chest pain before collapsing twice.

He was rushed to Sukhumvit Hospital, where doctors diagnosed him with a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot that blocks an artery in the lungs.

Medical personnel reportedly performed CPR for more than 100 minutes, but Ubiribo died in the early hours of March 6.

A postmortem examination conducted in the United Kingdom reportedly found cellular material in his lungs matching the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure.

Following the inquest, Coroner Jean Harkin ruled that Ubiribo died from a pulmonary embolism caused by the cosmetic procedure.

Ubiribo, who had about 185,000 followers on Instagram, was known for his lavish lifestyle and social media presence.

His funeral in London reportedly featured a $745,000 gold coffin and was attended by Nigerian entertainment personalities, including Davido and Cubana Chief Priest.

The case has drawn attention to the potential risks associated with cosmetic procedures and the importance of understanding possible complications before undergoing elective treatments.
