St. Charles College Bids Farewell to Class of 2026, Charges Graduates to Uphold Integrity, Excellence

St. Charles College, Onitsha, has officially celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2026 with a colourful valedictory ceremony, urging the graduating students to remain worthy ambassadors of the institution by upholding the values of integrity, excellence and service to humanity.
The event, held on July 26 at the college premises, brought together students, parents, teachers, alumni and well wishers to celebrate the successful completion of six years of academic, moral and spiritual formation by the graduating class.
Addressing the graduands, the Principal, Rev. Fr. Gabriel Anochilionye, congratulated them on reaching a significant milestone, describing their achievements as a testament to resilience, dedication and hard work. He commended the students for their commitment throughout their years in the college and encouraged them to remain focused as they embark on the next phase of their academic and personal journeys.
Rev. Fr. Anochilionye charged the graduates to uphold the virtues of faith, integrity, discipline, diligence and selfless service, stressing that true success is measured not only by academic excellence but also by good character and positive contributions to society.
He urged them to pursue their dreams with courage and confidence, reminding them that the sound education and character formation they received at St. Charles College would continue to serve as a solid foundation for future success. He assured the graduands that although they were leaving the school, they would always remain valued members of the St. Charles College family.
The ceremony concluded with prayers for the graduating students, as the Principal wished them God’s guidance, wisdom, protection and abundant blessings in their future academic pursuits and careers. Parents, teachers and guests also joined in celebrating the Class of 2026, expressing confidence that they would continue to make the college proud wherever life takes them.
