Nise Eye Centre Earns Commendation for Quality Healthcare Delivery

The commitment to quality healthcare delivery at Nise Eye Centre received a major boost on July 2 following an unannounced inspection by the Anambra State Hospital Administrator, Dr. Frank Ifeanaeme.

 

The inspection assessed healthcare services, staff performance, and overall service delivery at the facility, with the centre receiving commendation for maintaining high professional standards.

 

During the visit, Dr. Ifeanaeme applauded members of staff for their punctuality, professionalism, and dedication to duty. He expressed satisfaction that all personnel were at their duty posts and properly identified with official name tags, describing the practice as a reflection of accountability, discipline, and commitment to quality patient care.

 

He also commended the staff for maintaining a clean, orderly, and patient friendly environment, while acknowledging their proactive approach and innovative efforts in delivering effective healthcare services.

 

The Hospital Administrator further praised the doctor in charge of the facility for providing effective leadership, noting that the sound management of the centre has contributed significantly to its efficient operations and the consistent delivery of quality patient care.

 

Dr. Ifeanaeme reaffirmed the commitment of the Anambra State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Afam Obidike, to ongoing reforms aimed at strengthening the state’s healthcare system. He urged healthcare workers across the state to align with the commissioner’s vision by promoting teamwork, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring that residents continue to receive quality healthcare.

 

The inspection reinforced the importance of professionalism, accountability, and effective leadership in sustaining high standards of healthcare delivery across health facilities in Anambra State.
