Air Valorica Limited has held a one day share sales and investment workshop and business dinner in Awka, Anambra State, bringing together business people, civil servants and other members of the public to discuss investment, networking and business development opportunities.

The hybrid business and investment gathering, themed “Strategic Equity Participation, Aviation Investment and Digital Innovation,” focused on the company’s vision, potential partnerships and opportunities for strategic equity participation.

Air Valorica Limited describes itself as an aviation, investment and international business development company with interests in aviation, air transportation, logistics, international trade, technology and investment.

The Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Secretary of Air Valorica, Ambassador Christabel Mokwenye, said the gathering was organised to present the company’s vision, explore partnerships and examine how stakeholders could contribute to building an aviation enterprise with international ambitions.

Ambassador Mokwenye said the company was committed to transparency, professionalism, accountability, responsible corporate governance and long term value creation.

Also speaking during the Air Valorica Corporate and Aviation Project Presentation, the Group Chairman, Ambassador Henry Mokwenye, outlined the company’s operations and identified agriculture among its areas of interest.

The Sales Speaker, Dr Chidozie Ezedinachi, explained that the share sale was an opportunity for qualified prospective investors to participate in the company’s equity structure, subject to its constitutional documents, applicable laws, regulatory requirements and the final terms of the offering.

Dr Ezedinachi said the initiative was intended to broaden the company’s shareholder base and provide a structure through which new strategic shareholders could participate in the development of Air Valorica.

The traditional ruler of Umueri, Igwe Bennet Emeka, commended the company for bringing the investment workshop to Anambra, noting the entrepreneurial spirit of the people of the state.

Igwe Emeka encouraged Air Valorica to engage relevant stakeholders, including the Anambra State Government, as part of efforts to achieve its objectives in the state.

Other speakers at the workshop included Mr Marius Ntamgara, Dr Williams Danshin and Mr Cardinal Giles.
